The ingredients in Amare Kids Happy Juice are excellent, and I appreciate that it doesn’t cause hyperactivity or irritability. However, the taste is very medicinal and cannot be hidden — we tried water, juice, and different mixing methods with no success.
I even put it into capsules, but one serving equals about 9 capsules, which is a lot for a child and very time-consuming. Because of this, consistency is difficult.
This product would be amazing if Amare offered a tasteless option, a pill/capsule form, or a significantly improved flavor
While we have purchased this several times, the taste is just bad. My daughter complains about having to take it and no matter how we mix it, the flavor is strong. I have tried it many times and also struggle with the taste. It likely works for behavior and ensuring an integrated personality for my kids but getting them to take it is too hard.
My kids HATE the taste. They gag and struggle everytime. We've tried with less water, more water,
with and without the kids mood. They've tried just taking the powder like a pixi stick. They are begging me to not take it anymore. The original kids pack they liked and it has proved to be a staple for 2 of my kids so I make them take it anyway. Unfortunately I bought several packages of this when it came out and they had to finish up the old stuff first so it's too late to return it all. Very disappointed.
