I have just started this regimen (maybe a month in) and so far it seems pretty good. I take it in the morning before having any food. Again, as stated in my happy juice review, it may be too soon to tell if it is helping with weight but I will continue a bit longer to see. Overall, I do feel good and the probiotics in this seem to be helping my gut. Not sure if it's the actual product or if I have just added more water drinking through my day. We will soon see.
I took 1 a day a d it definitely made me stick close to the bathroom. Is that what it's supposed to do? I tested it by taking with no ther products and definitely was the result. Not a fan
Super disappointed in this. Been drinking happy juice for two months now and have only lost 2 lbs. was hoping gbx fit would help get me losing weight. I took it for the month and it did absolutely nothing. I didn’t notice any difference at all and still haven’t lost more weight. For the price that’s super disappointing.
